Shipping policy

We intend to ship ‘FREE OF CHARGE’ to UK mainland addresses, within 1-2 weeks for a cage order, unless otherwise agreed, due to product availability. For smaller items shipping is within 2-3 days.

If you’ve ordered a cage, it will be shipped via Parcelforce within the UK or UPS for other regions. Smaller items will be sent with Evri. Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Customs Notice
All orders ship from the UK. Your country may charge duties, taxes, or import fees on delivery—these aren’t included in our prices or shipping rates.
