Woodys Pets is a family-run business, crafting beautiful and spacious homes for your guinea pigs, right here in Britain. We believe in quality, comfort, and style, ensuring your pets have the best possible living space. Each cage is handmade with care, reflecting our dedication to both pet wellbeing and creating a beautiful addition to your home.
Quality is never an accident. It is always the result of intelligent effort. We spend most of our time and energy on good design and achieving high quality. Every single detail from material to technique is thought through with obsessive attention. If our product doesn’t satisfy you, we’ll take it back.
Our Story…
After years of keeping a c&c grid style cage in the living room and constantly clearing up mess that dropped through the sides, we decided to design a new enclosure which made the most of the space available.
The original cage pictured below was very heavy and a little rough around the edges, but proved to be a real winner for the Guinea Pigs who became extremely tame, and the family found it easier to clean and much less smelly. The original lasted a good 7 years before being replaced for a lighter weight Woody’s version.
Fast forward a year or so and we decided the cage style had so many plus points it should be made available for others, so we set about designing a modular cage that was suitable for delivery.
After a year of trial and error, we came up with a perfect design with lots of benefits. We can now offer a variety of cage sizes to suit most customers, and added extras such as ‘space saving’ bottle holders, bespoke to our cages.
