Build & Materials

Constructed from 20mm furniture-grade pine (suitable for staining), with a 55mm deep waterproof plastic tray to retain bedding and prevent chewing damage to the structure.

Design Details

Ramp is made from a combination of wood and Correx, with chewable pine sections at the base for safe use. All guinea pigs have been tested using the ramp from a young age with no issues.

Durability

Tested for over 3 years with no replacement of the plastic tray.

Space & Welfare

The tray and Perspex create a 230mm internal wall height. Provides more than the RSPCA recommended area for two guinea pigs per level.
